Sperm Act®

Sperm ACT® is a HEPES-HTF isotonic solution

designed for human sperm motility enhancement.

Can be applied with different sperm preparations including testicular tissue excaudate, washed sperm suspensions and swim up/swim down preparations. The intended users are IVF professionals’ embryologists or medical doctors.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Sperm ACT® must be warmed less than 30 minutes in a humidified NON-CO2 incubator at 37°C.

Dish Preparation:

Allow Sperm ACT® to reach ambient temperature in a tube. Add equal amount of sperm suspension (10 µL) to the Sperm ACT® micro-PCR tubes; This is Medium 1 as figure; After leaving the ICSI dish for 10 minutes at 37℃, pick up the motile sperm from drop Medium 1. Immobilize your sperm at PVP as usual and complete routine ICSI for oocyte with selected motile sperm.
